1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval.
• Refunds are initiated to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Customized products, personal care items, digital goods.

3. Replacement & Exchange

• Replacement allowed for damaged or defective items.
• Exchange possible only if stock is available.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If refused at delivery, refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges).
