You can permanently delete your Carvisans account and the data tied to it at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.
Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.
If you no longer have the app installed, email info@carvisans.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

If you previously filed a support ticket with us, the ticket text and our replies are kept in our support records for internal record-keeping and dispute resolution — they are no longer linked to a live account once it is deleted. We may also retain information we are legally required to keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes for as long as the law requires.
